Cancellations requested within the allowed cancellation window as specified in the booking terms.
Overpayments or duplicate charges due to system errors.
Situations where Siesta Spaces is unable to provide the booked accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances.
Approved force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

No-shows or failure to check in on the scheduled date.
Cancellations made beyond the allowed cancellation period.
Early checkouts or unused portions of the stay.
Failure to comply with house rules resulting in eviction.
Discounted, promotional, or last-minute bookings marked as non-refundable.

3. Cancellation and Refund Process

Guests must request a refund by contacting Siesta Spaces at kyle@siestaspaces.com with their booking details.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed via online payment methods.
Refunds may take 7-14 business days to reflect in the guest’s account, depending on the payment provider.

4. Partial Refunds

For cancellations made within a partial refund window, a percentage of the booking amount may be refunded.
Administrative fees and processing charges may be deducted from the refunded amount.

5. Force Majeure Exceptions

In cases of natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or extreme circumstances beyond the guest’s control, Siesta Spaces may offer a reschedulement option or a partial refund at its discretion.

6. Modification of Refund Policy

Siesta Spaces reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
